I'm writing my personal experience.....what problems I actually faced
rather what are the problems for a new comer in the way of building a
strong body and what are the prerequisites for making a strong body.
Everyone dreams of a flaunting body but not everyone has that strength of will power.
A good body doesn't come from hierarchy or from forefathers but its "HARDWORK" and "SELF DISCIPLINE" which makes a strong body.Yes, I said self discipline.
It may sound unusual but just joining the gym can't guarranty a good and fit body.one needs to be regular and follow all those "ROUTINES" constantly and if you really want those flaunting shapes you need to give "PAIN" to your body.Many of us just hit the gym,do some sort of easy exercises and come back thinking that todays job is over.
But trust me friends until and unless you don't feel the "PAIN INSIDE YOUR NERVES"
you are not going to achieve those flaunting shapes.In the words of my instructor "GAIN IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO PAIN".
A strong mind is more important for maintaining a strong body.Training the mind is a life long pursuit and without a strong mind you will lack the willpower to get a strong body.
A good BUTT and a good ABS are most important for a good looking body. so you must not allow your butt to expand like anything.
Even a malfunctioning labour has also packs but what is important is that you are muscular and still have a six pack abs.Making a six pack is one of the toughest jobs
but nothing is impossible for a man having a strong willpower.Daily work out must be done on abs.Daily three to four sets of crunches can help a lot in maintaining abs.
Everyone looks good in clothes irrespective of those lump of muscles hanging here and there. A perfect body is one which comprises of protein muscles rather than fats. A protein rich diet is a must for maintaining a fit body.
A positive mental attitude can do more wonders than any drugs or alcohols.
"If I can do it,anyone can do it." This is the statement of SALMAN KHAN and
if "I'm doing it, anyone can do it" who is well determined.
